2-Ply Blue Metallic, 15 inch drop X 10 feet long, Parade Float Fringe is used around the bottom edges of the float, other event decor, and many other creative uses. Fringe can be attached by staples, tape or magnetic tape to steel surfaces. To avoid tear outs, we advise attaching fringe at the parade site. Deeply stocked for immediate shipment!
