It is imperative that customers open newly received shipments to insure all items ordered have been correctly delivered. We will do our very best to get missing products left out of the shipments to our customers in time for the event if possible.
We will do all we can to change orders after they’ve been placed at a customer’s request and before an order has shipped. We can, at times, alter the shipping destination while the shipment is en-route for UPS shipments at the customer’s request for an additional fee. This change usually adds additional shipping days to the shipment.
We will not refund shipping charges for customers who neglect to choose the free shipping option during checkout. The refund costs us additional credit card transaction fees. We will also not refund any discounts customers neglect to take advantage of during the checkout sequence.
