Shipping Address and Method Accuracy

Please verify the shipping address is complete and correctly provided. Any deliveries sent to a wrong address provided cannot be recovered. The shipping address submitted is the address items will be shipped to. Walt Evans Decorators, Inc., also known as, is not responsible for missed or misdirected deliveries due a customer providing an incorrect address. Walt Evans Decorators, Inc. will attempt to contact the customer if a discrepancy is easily recognized.

Walt Evans Decorators, Inc. is not responsible for an improperly chosen shipping method.  Please insure the chosen shipping method allows ample time for order processing and delivery if the order is time-sensitive.

Delivery Times

Expedited shipping methods do not affect our order processing time. However, expedited shipping will shorten the time it takes for UPS or US Mail to get your order to its final destination once it is picked up from our warehouse.

The following example illustrates this concept: An order is placed on a Thursday at 10pm with UPS Next Day Air. Using the UPS pickup and delivery schedule, the earliest the shipment would be available for pickup is on Friday then out for delivery on Monday – the next business day.  Please see map below to determine the number of business days a shipment would take to arrive at your destination, shipped via UPS Ground.


We ship via United Parcel Service and United States Mail Monday through Friday. Your order will generally be shipped the SAME BUSINESS DAY if it is received by 2:30 PM, Eastern Time. Orders received after 2:30 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day. Refer to United Parcel Service shipping calendar at for holiday shipping schedules if necessary. Orders placed over the internet are pooled with telephoned orders in the order received. Shipping & Handling for Regular UPS Ground shipments within the 48 Continental United States is the least expensive method, although United States Priority Mail may be even less expensive. With exception to the Christmas Holiday season, UPS shipping methods are guaranteed to deliver based on UPS schedules. United States Mail is NOT guaranteed. Alaska and Hawaii residences will pay actual shipping rates (ZONE RATES). Your shipping price is based on the packed weight and box size required to ship your order. Regular ground UPS shipping only applies to residential and commercial customers living within 48 Continental United States. UPS Shipping options such as, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select can only be used to guarantee shipping delivery date. *Free Shipping

Orders over $100 shipped to the contiguous United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING.  This does NOT mean orders over $100 automatically will be shipped free.  The Free Shipping method is a choice among other methods such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or various United States Mail methods.  If a customer takes advantage of the Free Shipping method the choice must be made during the check-out process.  Orders placed with the Free Shipping method may be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Priority Mail. The factors that dictate which carrier is chosen are based on package size and weight, customer location and potential deadline. will NOT refund shipping on all future orders because the Free Shipping method was not chosen.  We will assume the customer chose UPS Ground and ship the order accordingly.

International Shipping

We do ship orders internationally.  Our website has the capability to take international orders.  For customers in other nations, it may be best to communicate via email so we can obtain the best shipping methods and make sure orders are delivered in a timely manner with reasonable shipping costs.  International customers will be responsible for shipping costs, all duties and taxes and any other product or shipping related fees specific to individual international shipments.


Due to the seasonal and fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

Shipping Problems

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please call us at 1-888-446-7621 or notify us at within 72 hours. We will work with the respective carrier for claim. In order to process the claim, you must keep all original packaging and damaged items. We cannot process claims after 72 hours or without original packaging. 

It is imperative that customers open newly received shipments to insure all items ordered have been correctly delivered.  We will do our very best to get missing products left out of the shipments to our customers in time for the event if possible.

Order Changes

We will do all we can to change orders after they’ve been placed at a customer’s request and before an order has shipped.  We can, at times, alter the shipping destination while the shipment is en-route for UPS shipments at the customer’s request for an additional fee.  This change usually adds additional shipping days to the shipment. 

We will not refund shipping charges for customers who neglect to choose the free shipping option during checkout.  The refund costs us additional credit card transaction fees.  We will also not refund any discounts customers neglect to take advantage of during the checkout sequence.
