Colorful vinyl or metallic decorative Parade Float Plastic Rolls covering is simply the base material of floral sheeting without the decorative flowers. Some colors are more transparent than others, so it’s best to apply vinyl or metallic to a white background. Vinyl or metallic covering can be used in many other creative decorating applications. The material can be laid out flat, or crinkled and attached, giving a “cracked” surface effect. Metallic colors are best suited for “cracked” surfaces. Material is nearly the thickness of standard copy paper and does NOT have an adhesive layer.
