Jeri Holton –
After originally purchasing supplies from another company, I needed additional floral sheeting and festooning which I ordered from your company. When assembling our float the fringe from that company was so flimsy that it tore 5 times just stapling it to the trailer. Our parade was on Saturday, on Monday I called you in a complete panic needing four packs of fringe. Our town, our parade and this order were very small, but you treated me just the same as if I was ordering supplies for a big fancy float! The two ply fringe with a sturdy header arrived promptly and saved the day, and I am so thankful for the wonderful service. I only wish I had found your company in the beginning and ordered everything from you.
