Shipping Address and Method Accuracy
Please verify the shipping address is complete and correctly provided. Any deliveries sent to a wrong address provided cannot be recovered. The shipping address submitted is the address items will be shipped to. Walt Evans Decorators, Inc., also known as, paradefloatstuff.com is not responsible for missed or misdirected deliveries due a customer providing an incorrect address. Walt Evans Decorators, Inc will attempt to contact the customer if a discrepancy is easily recognized.
Walt Evans Decorators, Inc. is not responsible for a improperly chosen shipping method. Please insure the UPS shipping method allows ample time for order processing and delivery if the order is time-sensitve.
Delivery Times
Expedited shipping methods do not affect our order processing time. However, expedited shipping will shorten the time it takes for UPS to get your order to its final destination once it is picked up from our warehouse.
The following example illustrates this concept: An order is placed on a Thursday at 10pm with UPS Next Day Air. Using the UPS pickup and delivery schedule, the earliest the shipment would be available for pickup is on Friday then out for delivery on Monday – the next business day. Please see map below to determine the number of business days a shipment would take to arrive at your destination, shipped via UPS Ground.
Shipping
We ship exclusively via United Parcel Service Monday through Friday. Your order will generally be shipped the SAME BUSINESS DAY if it is received by 11:00 am, Eastern Time. Orders received after 11:00 am Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day. Refer to United Parcel Service shipping calendar at www.ups.com for holiday shipping schedules if necessary. Orders placed over the internet are pooled with telephoned orders in the order received. Shipping & Handling for Regular UPS Ground shipments within the 48 Continental United States is the least expensive method. Alaska and Hawaii residences will pay actual shipping rates (ZONE RATES). Your shipping price is based on the packed weight and box size required to ship your order. We only ship to the continental US and other US boundaries. Rush orders are not available outside the continental US. Regular ground UPS shipping only applies to residential and commercial customers living within 48 Continental United States. UPS Shipping options such as, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select can only be used to guarantee shipping delivery date. Other fees for Handling, Delivery Confirmation and Freight Insurance will be charged. E-mail shipping questions to orders@paradefloatstuff.com.
Returns
Due to the seasonal decoration and fragile nature of our products, no returns will be accepted and no credit will be issued for any used, opened or damaged items, Deco-Puffs POMPS or partial units of Floral Sheeting less than 10 Yards in length. Returns may only be made within 14 days after your order was shipped. Returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refused shipments will be assessed the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Please call to get a return number assigned to your item prior to shipping. This return number should be sent with the returned items to help us apply credit accurately. Returned products must be repacked and shipped in the original packaging in which it was received. Within 15 days after product is received as a return and deemed acceptable for return credit and restocked, your account will be credited.
Shipping Problems
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at orders@paradefloatstuff.com within 72 hours. We will work with the respective carrier for claim. In order to process the claim, you must keep all original packaging and damaged items. We cannot process claims after 72 hours or without original packaging.
