Fringe
Fringe is used around the bottom edges of the float or as a decorative backdrop. Fringe creates the effect that the float is actually "floating along". Fringe is fragile material and NOT guaranteed against tear-out. Do not exceed speeds of 5-7 mph with fringe attached.
