Top Right: With their tribute to the silver screen in this float themed "Hollywood Knights" the St. Monica's K. of C. was awarded 1st Place Float at New Jersey's Jackson Day 2005. This photo was submitted by Len Abline and shows their first place efforts! Congrats! Their float featured 15" and 30" silver metallic fringe.
The next two photos were sent by Mark Adams of Adams Funeral Home in Crothersville Indiana.
Working from a single, primary float base, Mark created two very different and striking looks for two parades in 2005. By exchanging the patriotic ribbon prop for a large white baseball prop, he got a totally new look. What a superb job! They really showed their extreme versatility and creativity using vinyl and metallic floral sheeting in gold, red, white and blue, and red, blue and gold metallic fringe, and festoon. | "World of Dogs"- State Fair, Milwaukee, WI |
|
| Top Photo: WI State Fair "World of Dogs"-Milwaukee metro area - The Central Wisconsin Vizsla Club Booth, with theme of "Vizsla - The Aristocratic Clown" won 3rd Place of 25 booths in the "Best Dog Fair Booth" judging. Penny Honetor (shown at left with her pooch pals Vivvi & Addie!) submitted photo. She used 15" Red & Yellow Vinyl Fringe. Middle Photo: The Racine Christian School float was built this past summer and featured our green floral sheeting and 15" fringe. Builder Harry Campenga said the decorating materials were easy to work with, plus a big outdoor tent and huge tarp helped them work around the clock building this float. Bottom Photo: Simply Charmed, LLC Gladwin, MI - The Simply Charmed Gift Shop Christmas Parade entry was built on a Kawasaki Mule and featured red, green & gold metallic floral sheeting and silver fringe. Submitted by owners Jay & Maureen Hoffman. They say our materials helped them achieve professional results with little effort.

| Greensboro Police Dept. Float |
|
| Top Photo: Greensboro NC Police Department - The Greensboro NC Police Department used black floral sheeting and festoon to classy up a semi-trailer on loan for their 2004 Christmas parade. Featured on the float were several officers and their hard-working canine friend.
Middle Photo: The Dyer Hill Republican Club featured several area servicemen in uniform with its patriotic float. Their float creation featured glitter covered stars and sparkly 30" opal metallic fringe. One look and you'll want to salute these wonderful and giving servicemen!
Bottom Photo: Our friend Tom Chariton of Planet Beach tanning salons in St. John/Crown Point, IN featured Ms. Planet Beach on their parade float. Featured along with the bronze beauties are Walt Evans Decorators green, goldenrod and purple vinyl floral sheeting, with white vinyl festoon and purple vinyl fringe accents. Wow, what a great job!

| At Left: The Brazil, IN First United Methodist Church "Open Hands Preschool" float was decorated with 30" red metallic fringe skirt and red and yellow vinyl festoon. The float fit perfectly the town's 2005 K-Day Parade theme "Down on the Farm". They used local dairy farmer Ron Scherb's haywagon with steel pig-wire added to the sides for safety, plus a wooden upright back to display the school signage. Kids and teachers sat on bales of straw while walkers handed out "Got Milk" balloon, candy and pencils.
Middle: Decked out in purple metallic 30" fringe is a lovely Red Hat Ladies float made by the Red Robbins of Bald Knob AR. Queen Mother Mary Hodges submitted this photo of the float design used in 2004 & 2005 and says they trophied in most the parades it was in. In 2006 they'll switch to red metallic 30" fringe and follow a '50s theme with a red hatter protruding from the hat, and "Rockin' Robin" blasting loud and clear.
Bottom: What better way to celebrate a major birthday than with sugary sweet colors of festoon and fringe? The designer of this float added multi-colored trimmings to white floral sheeting cake walls. The children are wearing "candle" hats made from wavy border and tissue paper to perfectly top off this festive float. (Sorry I lost the email with more details...but they did an amazing job and we had to share the picture!)
